The Doctor's Prescription

The doctor is going over the prescription with the patient. For the next month, the patient must take the medicine three times per day after meals. Furthermore, she must drink plenty of water daily and eat lots of green, leafy vegetables. She should also eat grains, nuts, lean meat, fish and poultry, but no snacks or soft drinks. Finally, the doctor advises her to do exercise regularly and to sleep 8 hours every night so that she can make a full recovery.
